I understand that by selecting the profile to off and use internal Audio will solve the problem but my case is different. It will become dummy output and Internal Audio Analog Stereo is greyed out.
Phonon is sucks, simple solution is to use Pulse Audio Volume Control
sudo apt-get install pavucontrol
and set as below:
Now the sound is back.
